Victor Seder
General Manager

Victor has been in the HVAC industry since 1976. He spent 20 years as a journeyman in the trade installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC equipment. In 1990, Victor started VCS Hytek as one of two technicians. Hytek Mechanical currently employs 18 technicians and 9 office and sales staff.

Garrett Seder
Operations Manager

Garrett has been a technician in the HVAC industry since 2000. His knowledge gained from installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC equipment will be an asset in his new role as Operations Manager.

Donald T. Wong, P Eng.
Project Manager

Don has a BaSC degree in Mechanical Engineering and has been involved in the construction industry since 1975. He is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. Don estimates construction installation jobs then coordinates the work through to project completion.

Bob Wray
Project Manager

Bob has been in the HVAC industry since 1975. He is a journeyman in the trade and spent many years repairing, servicing, and installing HVAC equipment. He has many years of experience in designing HVAC systems, analyzing "sick building syndrome", and doing equipment replacements and upgrades. Bob typically meets on site with the customer to design an HVAC system solution that is cost-effective and meets the customer's needs.

Ron Angelini
Service Account Manager

Ron has been providing inside service coordination and sales support in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. By working closely with equipment suppliers and our service technicians, Ron can provide quick and cost effective service to Hytek’s clients. Ron works behind the scenes supporting our technicians with the product information necessary for equipment repairs and parts replacement.

Ron can customize Preventative Maintenance programs that will minimize equipment downtime and maintain accurate comfort levels for employees and tenants.
